Territory Leader
- Year-round full-time, minimum 5 years program management experience
- Oversee quality control for 3–5 camp sites

Site Supervisor
- SFA Certified, 6 hrs Site Supervisor training, + minimum 11 hrs coach training, minimum 2 years Camp Leadership experience
- 1–2 Site Supervisors responsible for camp site

Head Coach
- SFA Certified, 5 hrs Head Coach training + 11 hrs Coach training
- 1 Head Coach assigned to each theme camp group, not assigned campers
- Oversee specific theme program delivery and manage 2–6 coaches

Coach
- SFA Certified, attended 11–16 hours of training
- Deliver theme program to assigned 8 campers (ratio dependent on camper age)
- Implement JoS Coaching Methodology (Explain, Demonstrate, Execute, Correct & Motivate)
