2 Ounce end of session electronic Report Card issued system will automatically update child's swim level for next session registered.

- Absolutely no items made of glass including but not limited to drink bottles, goggles (including tempered glass or plastic scuba goggles), toys and electronic cigarettes are permitted on deck.
- Absolutely no food or drink other than water (in a plastic or metal bottle) is permitted on deck.
- Absolutely no outdoor shoes (this includes flip flops worn outside) can be worn on deck.
- Parents breaking policy that results in a pool fouling/closure will be charged the pool fouling fee $100
- No photographs or videos are permitted on the pool deck or in changerooms.
- Your child must wear plastic regular swim goggles
- Not permitted to wear goggles made of glass
- Not permitted to wear snorkeling or scuba goggles;even if they are plastic) as they can shatter and cause a major pool closure.
- Parents breaking policy that results in a pool fouling/closure will be charged the pool fouling fee $100
1. Pool closed and lessons canceled until the Fouling has been contained and cleaned.
2. Make-Up Lesson Options offered for any classes canceled within the first 30 minutes.
3. There are no financial refunds due to foulings only make up lessons or financial credits if approved by Jack of Sports
4. Makeup Lessons are on a trust basis and can be carried into future sessions as an additional lesson provided you are registered for the session.
5.Parents are responsible for pool foulings caused by their child.
6. If the pool has to be closed for more then 2 hours resulting in lesson cancellations for half to full day of swimming a $100.00 fee will be charged to the family.
7. Please do not bring your child to the pool if sick
8. Please make sure swimmer has a sufficient amount of time to digest their meal prior to swimming.
9. All children must go to the washroom prior to entering the pool.
10.Please inform your child not to drink the pool water
11.Please inform child if they feel sick to immediately exit the pool.
1. Ensure child goes to the washroom prior to the swim lesson.
2. Child is not potty trained, child must wear a proper swim diaper.
2. No heavy meals within an hour of the swim lesson.
3. Speak to child about keeping mouth closed in the water and not swallowing water.
4. Speak to child about letting instructor know they are not feeling well and get out of water.

3. Click district and select Pool, Day & Time based on swim level availability and book
4. Client receives a Make Up Lesson email confirmation and lesson appears on Member Dashboard.
5. Student to instructor ratios adhered to for a makeup lessons
6.Families can now complete the number of lessons that are paid for in the session.
7. To Book a Make-Up Lesson, log into your Member Account and click the Make-Up Lesson tab.
8.Directions to the parking lot and pools are posted on the Pool Location pages (scroll down for map and directions).
1. Coaches do sweep of the changeroom and left behind items are given to the caretaker to place in lost and found.
2. Valuable items left behind and found will be called into the office where client service will reach out and notify parents that hour of item found. Parents will arrange pick up.
3. Pool deck items found will be given to the caretaker and placed in lost and found. Please call school and ask for caretaker or call client service for assistance.
4. Coaches contacted for items not found as well as our clients that swam during that hour or soon after.
1. If a conflict occurs and you can no longer attend your current registration, Jack of Sports will do our best to switch you to another location, day or time.

1. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) of sending the email then please call client service at 416-489-4777.
2. There is a chance we did not receive your email and will be happy to address your request and/or concern over the phone.
1. Credits can be applied towards any registration when completing payment.
1.Full payment of the session fee is due prior to the first day of your lesson.
2. Concerns with payment please call client service at 416-489-4777 to discuss.
3.Cancellations considered only after other alternative solutions have been attempted (ie. registration changes, program adjustments, make up lessons etc.).
4.Cancellations approved after the first lesson or after the first day of camp will result in a 50% financial credit in your Member account for the remaining number of lessons/days of the program.
5.Jack of Sports and the Member will share 50/50 of the remaining loss. For cancellation inquiries please call client service at 416-489-4777.
6.Cancellations more than 7 business days prior to program start date, a full credit will be provided or a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per registration (each week of camp per child, or swim session per child).
7. Cancellations (including those due to illness) less than 7 business days prior to your registered program start date, no more than 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
8. Cancellations will be assessed on a case by case basis
9.There are no refunds if a child is removed from a program due to misbehaviour.
10.In the event of a TDSB/TCDSB closure, we will offer make-up lessons or credits for future use. No financial refunds will be issued.
1. The above refund policy is not applicable during a time of Force Majeure; an Act of God or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. pandemic, quarantine, natural disaster, etc.).
2. All cancellation requests for current and/or future programs made during the Force Majeure period will be provided a credit of the full balance paid towards the program registration.
|3. The lifetime credit can be used towards any future Jack of Sports program registration and is transferable to any family member or friend. Thank you for your understanding.
