Learn to Bike Camp Program Description (4yrs+)
Jack of Sports Learn to Bike Camp is designed for children ages 4 and up to master the skill of biking. Our proprietary 3-Step Coaching Methodology has a proven success rate of over 95%,.
Half day of learn to bike program & half day of multi-sport and Co-op games
Balance bikes provided. Coach will notify parent when to bring 2 wheel bicycle (without training wheels).
Learn to Bike Activities
- Develop the skill balancing with proper bike posture
- Learn to glide 30m plus while making turns & under control
- Progress to glide & pedal on 2 wheel bicycle
- Practice stopping with coaster or hand brakes
- Practice wide & tight turns
- Learn tip toe & stationary starts
- Friday Olympic Day with opening ceremony, face painting & theme competitions
