Learn to Bike Camp Description (4yrs+)
- Learn to bike with the Jack of Sports 3-Step Coaching Methodology
- Balance bike provided
- Develop the skill balancing with proper bike posture
- Learn to glide 30m plus while making turns & under control
- Coach will notify parent when to bring 2 wheel bicycle (without training wheels)
- Progress to glide & pedal on 2 wheel bicycle
- Practice stopping with coaster or hand brakes
- Practice wide & tight turns
- Learn tip toe & stationary starts
- Half-day of Multisport, co-op activities & water games
- Friday Olympic Day with opening ceremony, face painting & theme competitions
- Bring labelled bike helmet, rain gear, water bottle, nut free snack & lunch
